Slow, sustained pressure through deep muscle and fascia. Myofascial release, trigger point therapy and cross‑fibre friction for sciatica, low back pain and chronic adhesions.
Book Deep TissueHeated basalt raises tissue temperature and circulation, so deeper layers release with less pressure. Ideal for chronic tightness, and for anyone who runs cold.
Book Hot Stone
Warm aromatherapy oil drizzled along the spine, then worked in with long effleurage and slow, rhythmic petrissage. Grounding and deeply calming.
Book Liquid SerotoninClassic Swedish technique: effleurage, petrissage and light tapotement in a slow, even rhythm. It quiets the sympathetic fight‑or‑flight response so the parasympathetic, rest‑and‑digest system can take over.
Book Drift AwayMade for your period. Heat with gentle abdominal, lumbar and hip work to help ease cramping, bloating and pelvic heaviness. Extra draping throughout.
Book Flow State
Ninety uninterrupted minutes, head to toe. Deep, targeted work where you need it, Swedish technique everywhere else, finished with aromatherapy oils chosen for you.
Book The Meridian
My journey in massage began in Jamaica in 2015, where I developed a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in luxury resorts, five-star spas, and with professional athletes before expanding my studies here in Canada.
Every session begins with a thorough client assessment and a review of your health history to ensure that the treatment you booked is safe and appropriate for you. This helps identify any contraindications, understand your needs, evaluate how your body moves, and identify potential sources of discomfort. I can then tailor each treatment with intention and focus on addressing the underlying cause, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
My goal is simple: for you to leave feeling lighter, moving easier, and more connected to your body.
